Orange County Trust Company Promotes Eileen Osterby to Vice President and Trust Officer

MIDDLETOWN, NY - The Board of Directors of Orange County Trust Company is pleased to announce the promotion of Eileen Osterby to Vice President and Trust Officer.

Ms. Osterby has over twenty-five years of experience in the legal, banking and financial services industries, with a focus on Trust and Estate administration. She majored in accounting at Rutgers University and is a graduate of NYS Bankers Trust Administration School and the Cannon Financial Institute. She began serving as a trust officer at Orange County Trust Company in 2006.

An active participant in the community, Ms. Osterby serves on the board of Hudson Valley Estate Planning Council, Goldsmith D. and Mary B. Johnes Home for Aged Couples,St. Luke's Cornwall Health System Foundation Auxiliary and is a former Board member of the St. Luke's Cornwall Health System Foundation. She is also a member of Adult Protective Services Task Force.
