Orange County Trust Company Announces Gerard A. Perri Has Joined Bank As Senior Vice President And Chief Financial Officer
MIDDLETOWN, NY - Orange County Trust Company is pleased to announce Gerard A. Perri has joined the bank as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Gerard will oversee all aspects of the Accounting Department and will head the Asset and Liability Management Committee.
Throughout Gerard's 35-year financial career, he has been integrally involved in the accounting, financial planning, compliance, and information systems functions of public and private community banks. Previously, Gerard was Chief Financial Officer of Herald National Bank where he directed all accounting, finance, treasury, and compliance responsibilities of the Bank. Prior to joining Herald National, he served as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer at Metropolitan National Bank.

Gerard received his undergraduate degree from City University of New York and his Master's Degree in Business Administration from Adelphi University. He is a graduate of the National School of Banking at Fairfield University and is a member of the Financial Managers Society and the Institute of Management Accountants.
