Tim McCausland Completes First Year of Stonier Graduate Banking Program
06/21/2012
Earlier this month, along with over 200 bank professionals from around the country and the world, Vice President Tim McCausland completed his first-year classroom sessions at the Stonier Graduate Banking Program. Held at the
Wharton School on the campus of the University of Pennsylvania, the three-year Stonier program is designed to prepare bank leaders through a year-round curriculum that combines aspects of strategic planning, leadership, economics, and financial management.

"Wharton maintains the highest standards. It is a rigorous program, and I have already been able to apply information I have learned here at home," said McCausland. "The greatest practical benefit for me has come from interaction with other bank professionals from around the country," he added.

The Stonier Graduate Banking Program was created in 1935 during a period of economic downturn in America similar to today. Since that time, Stonier has provided graduate-level banking education to more than 20,000 senior-level bankers and regulators.

Orange County Trust has three Stonier graduates in its ranks, including President & CEO Terry Saturno and Senior Vice President Mary Ellen Rogulski. Former President John Borland, presently a member of the Bank's board of directors, graduated from the Stonier Graduate Banking Program while he was still in office.
